AKM (akmeedia) Royalty Free Licence Agreement

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and AKM (akmeedia) and govern your access and use of the music owned by AKM including any part of the composition itself.

Commercial use

All music and sound distributed from AKM (akmeedia) under is approved for lifetime unlimited commercial/monetisation use. 

Free music distributed from AKM (akmeedia) is approved for unlimited commercial/monetisation use when adding AKM to the list of project credits.

Terms

It is not permitted to claim authorship of AKM (akmeedia) music and sound, create songs and distribute using AKM music or add to a content ID platform in any way. Music is only permitted for use by you as the buyer and is not to be given to third parties.

AKM (akmeedia) reserves the right to cancel commercial use of AKM (akmeedia) music at any time should use of AKM (akmeedia) music be deemed as used in an inappropriate manner (eg. discrimination).

AKM (akmeedia) reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time. You agree and understand that use of music owned by AKM (akmeedia) following any change to these terms, you are having regarded as having agreed to the revised terms.

Media

Additional media owned by AKM (akmeedia) such as art, designs, drawings, composition of music, images in any form of media including without limitation photographs, videos files etc. are not permitted for use.

As a condition of use of AKM (akmeedia) Music, you covenant not to sue AKM (akmeedia) its officers, agents, employees, contractors and free AKM (akmeedia) from and against any and all claims, demands and causes of action for any injury, loss, destruction or damage (including, without limitation, equitable relief and economic loss) that you may now or hereafter have a right to assert against such parties as a result of your use of AKM (akmeedia) music and or sounds.
